Personal
I have been in the Real Estate & Construction industry for 23 years, and was raised in the DFW area with a family background of Real Estate of over 65 years. My background has given me the understanding and knowledge of the DFW market and what it takes to buy, sell and build homes in today's market.
I started my own Real Estate Brokerage, Exemplary Real Estate, in 2006. As my business grew, I found myself hitting the glass ceiling and could not grow anymore. In 2011 I joined the Keller Williams Team where I have been able to obtain the professional help to increase my business volume and still give the personal attention to my clients.
My experience in the construction industry is the backbone to my success as a real estate agent, and has given me invaluable knowledge to help my clients. Whether they are looking at home improvements or upgrades to help sell their home, I can help them to know what will be the least expensive improvement that will make the most impact.
In a market that is having difficulties, I have been able to assist banks in selling their foreclosed properties. I understand the appraisal process and provide valuation estimates, Broker's Price Opinions, to insure that we are in selling at the current market value.
I am a very creative person, and think outside the box. My college experience is in Design, and I have an eye for balance and color. With this, I can help you prepare your home for the most appealing presentation.
Since every property is different, having different features and dynamics; I concentrate on the best method of advertising for that market. I have been very successful in selling a variety of Real Estate Properties ranging from the extremely distressed to multi-million dollar Estates.
